 Never Ignore Institute study material 

Wait Wait !!!   stop let me complete.....

Almost 50-60 % of students don’t even open institutes study material and this is a biggest crime done by them. The main reason why students ignore institutes study material is the huge volume of such books. Addition to this, student found them boring so most of them choose Private Author’s books which are colorful n catchy.

Keeping aside this issue, there is no match for institutes study material.

Many students thinks only main course book is part of study material. So making it clear I want to let you know what are included in Institutes study material

• Main course books
• Supplementary Study material
• Practice manuals
• RTP’s (Click Here To Download CA Final RTP )
• Click Here To Download CA IPCC RTP 
• Suggested answers
• Selected case law

I am not saying that Private author’s books are waste. Infact they are very good and well presented. Pvt. Authors use institutes material while making their books.

So crux is that everyone should go through institutes study material whether they are taking coaching or not. At least you can reconcile the topics of your base books with institute study material. So atleast you came to know whether your book covers the whole syllabus or not. I hope everyone is getting my point.

In addition to it the vol. 2 of study material i.e. practice manual is the most important book for you that you should never ignore. Practice manual is surety of success. It will explain us the pattern of questions that institute will ask us. Practice manuals are one of the quality service provided by institute.

Some importance of practice manual is:-

• Practice manuals are easy to understand & are written in easy language.
• A latest practice manual contains all the amendments that too in bold & italic fonts.
• At the end of every chapter there is summary of whole chapter for reference purpose.
• In starting of each chapter all the important sections are given in systematic manner.

Mark my word that more than 50-60% of paper will come from practice manual. In some cases even figures of questions are not changed.

After all these discussions it’s time to make crux.

Follow the book which you are following(Any Author) + Practice manual + RTP’s

Institute study material for reference or reconciliation for theory papers but make sure you will solve each n every question of study material for practical subjects. 

This my personal experience. this may not match yours view but by following this golden rule I passed boh group of my final in my First attempt.
