Exam	Paper	Significant syllabus changes for Nov 2015
IPC	Paper 1- Accounting	Under the heading “Company Accounts”, a new topic that has been added in sub-part (a) is: Statement of changes in equity and explanatory notes
	Paper 2- Business Laws, Ethics and Communication	Under sub-part “Company Law” of Part I- Business Laws, topics and subtopics that have been added are: Companies Act, 2013- Sections 1 to 122 (i) Prospectus and allotment of securities (ii) Acceptance of deposits by companies
	Paper 5: Advanced Accounting	“Advanced issues in partnership accounts” has been changed to “Advanced issues in partnership accounts and issues related to accounting in limited liability partnerships”
	Paper 6- Auditing and Assurance	Under heading “Company Audit”, new topics that have been added are: (1) Eligibility (2) Remuneration of auditors (3) Reporting requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 (4) Other important provisions under the Companies Act, 2013 relating to audit and auditors, and rules made there under

Note –
For the remaining provisions, Companies Act 1956 would continue to apply.
