IPCC Tax Exam was Scheduled On 22nd November 2014 after the previous Notification(WHICH YOU CAN CLICK HERE TO SEE) and ICAI has Rescheduled the IPCC Tax Exam to 23rd November 2014 and the reasons behind Change in Date Again / Re - scheduling Tax Exam on 23rd November 2014 are :

 1. CAT exams were previously Scheduled on 22nd November 2014 and it was clashing with IPCC Tax Exam on 22nd November 2014, and

 2. There is Municipal Elections in Rajasthan on 22nd November 2014 ,

P.S. CHANGES IN SOME OF THE  EXAM CENTRES ARE BEEN DONE FOR 23RD NOVEMBER 2014 EXAMS (click here to see )

SO ICAI HAS RE- SCHEDULED THE TAX EXAM OF IPCC NOV 2014 ON 23RD NOVEMBER 2014
