CS DECEMBER 2014 TAX UPDATES FOR EXAMS

Direct Taxes And Indirect Taxes Updates

For Direct taxes portion applicable Assessment year is 2014-15 (Previous year 2013-1 4) and Finance Act 2013 is applicable. For Indirect taxes portion Finance Act 2013 is applicable.

These tax updates are applicable for December 2014 examination for Executive programme: Tax laws (Old Syllabus), Tax Laws and Practice (New Syllabus) and Professional programme: Advanced Tax Laws and Practice (Old syllabus) and Advanced Tax Laws and Practice (New Syllabus).

PLEASE NOTE :: THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGES IN TAX STRUCTURE/ TAX SYLLABUS FROM JUNE 2014 EXAMS
