Revised Date Sheet of May 2014 for CA final & CA IPCC
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has changed the date sheet of CA IPCC & CA Final exams to be held in May, 2014. The new date sheet and timings are as follows. For CA finals the subjects are Financial Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics, Corporate and Allied Laws
in first group and in second group, the subjects are Advanced Management Accounting,
Information Systems Control and Audit (ISCA),
Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws.Recommended Post:

At CA IPCC level, in first group, there are four subjects namely, Accounting, Business Laws, Ethics and Communication, Cost Accounting and Financial Management, Taxation and in second group, there are three subjects/papers like Advanced Accounting, Auditing and Assurance, Information Technology & Strategic Management.

Further ICAI gives some notes:
- Examination timings at Abu Dhabi and Dubai Centres will be 12.30 P.M. to 03.30 P.M. UAE local time equivalent to 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M. (IST). Examination timings at Kathmandu centre will be 02.15 P.M. to 05.15 P.M. Nepal local time equivalent to 02.00 P.M. to 05.00 P.M. (IST). Examination timings at Muscat centre will be 12.30 P.M. to 3.30 P.M. Oman local time equivalent to 02.00 P.M. to 05.00 P.M. (IST).
- There will be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government.
