20 Crores Bank Branch Audit Limit, also efforts for Rs. 6 Crore - ICAI Clarification

The ICAI resealed a press notes for clarification that limit of branch's audit is still 20 cr advances, there are some rumors at media that limit is increased upto 50 cr. Also mentioned that they are efforts for reduce this limit upto Rs 6 crores.
